Desylum: A State of mind
Desylum was a project I worked on in a capstone class at college. Our class had to make a game in less than six month starting from mid December to the beginning of May, to create a fully functional fun game using nothing more but tools and resources. During the development phase, I was the lead programmer whose responsible of writing codes for our core mechanics. This includes the controls, the interactions, the AI in this game, and the user interface. Here is the link to download the game from the novifactory.org website.
Translucency shader
The goal was to be able to recreate a similar shader that was created by DICE. The Human's Transluceny shader that achieved the realism look of subsurface scatter skin on a model was difficult to understand how the light pass through a solid object and illuminates the other side. Here's the link to preview the head in Unity 3D
Early Prototype Game
A web demo was used to demonstrate the early core mechanic. It also includes a very early working stage of shaders that I worked on throughout the prototype phase. It later became a game called Desylum: A State of Mind. Here's the link to preview the demo in Unity 3D
